# Spiritual Power & Staking System

The WGG Staking System V2 has been fully decommissioned on Dec.5, 2025. All staked WGG NFTs have been automatically returned to the original staking wallets; no further action is required from users. All Spiritual Power scores accumulated by users in the V2 system have been snapshotted and securely recorded. Going forward, WGG points system will revert to the original V1 design, continuing to use on-chain records only for points calculation and accounting.

## Spiritual Power V2 and Staking System

In 2022, shortly after the launch of the first season of Weirdo Ghost Gang NFTs, we released the Spiritual Power V1, which was purely calculated based on on-chain data and dynamically changed with the holding time of each Lil Ghost in the wallet. We called it “Proof of Experience” and later used the Spiritual Power as a threshold for various virtual space rewards and collaborations. As the ManesLAB ecosystem expanded, the Spiritual Power V1’s complex calculation rules and weak combinability became evident.To accompany the upcoming expansion of the Weirdo Ghost Gang world, we present to you: Spiritual Power V2 and the WGG Staking System. The new Spiritual Power will be displayed in a more intuitive points format, aggregating and displaying all WGG assets held in connected wallets under the MID identity, and strengthening the linkage with other products within the ManesLAB ecosystem. After staking Ethereum mainnet assets, holders will receive stWGG redemption vouchers on L2, which can be unstaked at any time to retrieve mainnet assets. Subsequent protocols such as lending agreements and lottery weight calculations will be based on stWGG.

## Spiritual Power Calculation Rules

Spiritual Power V2 = (Initial Spiritual Power + Spiritual Power Bonus) \* Magnification Factor + Staked Spiritual Power + External Spiritual Power

* ### Initial Spiritual Power

The initial Spiritual Power is derived from all your accumulated points from Spiritual Power V1, calculated by merging the individual Spiritual Powers as of the snapshot date 2024-05-25 12:00 UTC.

* ### Spiritual Power Bonus

Spiritual Power Bonus is awarded to participants in the ManesLAB ecosystem. Holding the following NFTs on the snapshot date 2024-05-XX UTC XX:XX can earn bonus:

To eliminate the visual and accuracy impact of decimal numbers, the spiritual power points in the new system will be displayed 100 times larger. In the first month of the new system, users can earn up to a 150x boosted multiplier by staking at least one Weirdo Ghost Gang Lil Ghost, which will linearly decrease to 100x after 30 days.

* ### Staked Spiritual Power

Spiritual Power has been deprecated after the snapshot, and subsequent growth will be determined by the number of stWGG solely. Unstaked WGG tokens will not be included in the calculation as liquid assets.\

**Calculation Rules:**\
\
1\. Each stWGG produces 100 points of spiritual power daily.

2\. Loyalty Coefficient (LC)

3\. If the staked amount today >= the previous day, LC = previous day LC + 0.02, with a maximum of 2.

4\. If the staked amount today < the previous day, LC returns to 1.

5\. Daily growth spiritual power = (100 points of spiritual power) \* LC \* number of staked units

6\. Total staked spiritual power = ∑daily growth spiritual power<br>

* Day 1: 1 WGG is staked, with an LC of 1.02 after the first day. The daily growth spiritual power is 100 \* (1 + 0.02) \* 1 = 102.

* Day 2: as the staked amount remains unchanged, the spiritual power is 100 \* (1 + 0.04) \* 1 = 104.

* Day 3: 3 WGGs are staked, maintaining the daily LC growth of 0.02, resulting in a spiritual power growth of 100 \* (1 + 0.06) \* 3 = 318.

* Day 4: Sleepy cancels the staking of 1 WGG, returning the LC to 1, with a daily growth of 100 \* (1 + 0) \* 2 = 200.

* ### External Spiritual Power

Staking at least one WGG also provides opportunities to gain external Spiritual Power, which refers to Spiritual Power obtained from sources other than Staked Spiritual Power, including but not limited to other products within the ManesLAB ecosystem and rewards from our ecosystem partners.

## Staking System

After staking Ethereum mainnet assets on the official spiritual power page, holders will receive stWGG redemption vouchers on L2, which can be unstaked at any time to retrieve mainnet WGG assets.

## Raffles (Coming soon)

As of March 20, 2024, Weirdo Ghost Gang has collaborated with over 1,000 projects, distributing over 23,000 partner whitelists to community members. During these lottery processes, we observed complicated prerequisites, verification steps, and numerous bot accounts deteriorating the participation experience. To address this, the “Raffle System” will be launched later this year, forming a trinity with the “Spiritual Power” and “Staking System,” combining spiritual power, holdings, and activity to provide community members with a more relaxed, intuitive, and fair raffle and incentive system.<br>

## In Conclusion

We have always believed that from the perspective of community incentives and project operations, a fair and transparent points system is still the most suitable solution, and within the current compliance framework, it is the most direct positive feedback method for users’ participation and contribution within the ecosystem. ### General Logos

In the media package you downloaded, you will find the below logos in .png and .svg. The default logo of Weirdo Ghost Gang is the light version which you will find appear the most often.&#x20;

If there the WGG logo can only appear once, please make sure the Typ.A logo is used. You may use Typ.B as an icon and Typ.C as other element, but please make sure Typ.B and Typ.C do not appear solely without clear statement of "Weirdo Ghost Gang".

Weirdo Ghost Gang is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the Ethereum network. Weirdo Ghost Gang is a Web3 native IP brand operated by ManesLAB Inc. This website, as well as [www.weirdoghost.com](http://www.weirdoghost.com) is only an interface allowing participants to exchange digital collectibles. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Ethereum wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. Furthermore, as the Weirdo Ghost Gang smart contract runs on the Ethereum network, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.

By holding a Weirdo Ghost Gang NFT, you agree to these terms and conditions. This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. By using this website you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving Weirdo Ghost Gang digital collectibles.

For as long as you lawfully own your Weirdo Ghost Gang NFT, and subject to your compliance with the terms of this License, we hereby grant you the following rights:

This license permits you to create and sell merchandise products (such as clothing) displaying copies of the Art or to mint and create new NFTs based on your Weirdo Ghost Gang NFT Art for Weirdo Ghost Gang NFTs that you own, as long as you do not use the ManesLAB trademarks on, or to promote, such new NFTs. 1. ## 灵力值V2与质押系统

2022年，在 Weirdo Ghost Gang 小幽灵第一季 NFT 上线后不久，我们发布了第一版 Spiritual Power 灵力值系统，纯粹根据链上数据计算，随着每一只小幽灵在钱包内的停留时间动态变化，我们称其为“Proof of Experience”，并在之后以灵力值作为门槛与合作方推出虚拟空间领取等联动活动。 随着 ManesLAB 生态的延伸，第一版灵力值系统的计算规则不直观、可组合弱的不足之处逐渐凸显。 为了配合 Weirdo Ghost Gang 小幽灵即将到来的版图拓展，我们在这里向您呈现：<mark style="color:green;">Spiritual Power V2，WGG质押系统，以及官网MID整合</mark>。 新版灵力值将以更为直观的积分形式，归集展示MID身份下所有已连接钱包中持有的WGG资产，并加强了与 ManesLAB 生态内部其余产品的联动。持有人质押以太坊主网资产后，将在L2获得stWGG兑换凭证，可随时解除质押取回主网资产。借贷协议、抽奖权重计算等后续将会以stWGG计算。

初始灵力值来源于初版灵力值，将快照日2024年5月25日 UTC 12:00截止的，所有MID绑定钱包内单个WGG产出的V1灵力值合并计算而来。

* ### 加成灵力值

加成灵力值向 ManesLAB 生态的参与者发放，持有以下NFT在快照日可获得灵力值加成

为了消除小数带来的数值计算观感及精确度影响，在新版灵力值中，灵力值点数将整体放大100倍显示。新版灵力值系统上线的第一个月，用户可在质押至少一只 Weirdo Ghost Gang 小幽灵的情况下，获得最高150倍的灵力值放大系数加成，并在30天后线性衰减至100倍。

* ### 质押灵力值

初版灵力值在快照后即停止计算，灵力值后续增长由已质押的stWGG数量决定，未质押的WGG Token作为流动性资产不再并入计算。 计算规则：

1. 单个stWGG每日产出灵力值为100点
2. 忠诚度LC
   1. 若当日质押数量 ≥ 前一日，则 LC = 前一日 LC + 0.02，上限为 2
   2. 若当日质押数量 < 前一日，则 LC 回归为 1
3. 当日增长灵力值 = （100灵力值）\* LC \* 质押个数
4. 总质押灵力值 = ∑当日增长灵力值

示例：Sleepy 持有 3 个 WGG。<br>

1. 第一日，质押了 1 个，则从第一天后进行快照，此时他的 LC 为 1.02，当日增长灵力值为 100\*（1+0.02）\*1=102。
2. 第二日，由于质押数量没有变化，第二日灵力值则为100\*（1+0.04）\*1=104。
3. 第三日，增加质押到 3 个，此时 LC 仍然保持 0.02 单日增长，第三日灵力值增长为=100\*（1+0.06）\*3=318。
4. 第四日，Sleepy取消1 个质押，由于质押数量减小， 则 LC 回归为1，当日增长为100\*（1+0）\*2=200

* ### 外部灵力值

质押不小于一只 WGG，同样有机会获取外部灵力值。外部灵力值是一个宽泛定义，代指来源于质押灵力值之外的灵力值获取，包括但不限于 ManesLAB 生态内其余产品，及生态合作伙伴发放的灵力值奖励。

3. ## 质押系统

持有人在官网灵力值页面质押以太坊主网资产后，将在L2获得 stWGG 兑换凭证，可随时解除质押，取回主网 WGG 资产。

截至2024年3月20日的不完全统计，Weirdo Ghost Gang 小幽灵累计合作1000+项目，向社区成员发放共计 23000+ 合作方白名单。在这些的抽奖流程中，我们观察到复杂繁琐的前置条件、验证步骤，以及大量bot假账户对于参与体验的劣化。对此，「抽奖系统」将在稍后上线，与「新版灵力值」、「质押系统」形成三位一体，结合灵力值、持仓量及活跃度，为社区成员带来更便捷、直观、公平的抽奖与激励体系。<br>

欢迎使用 Weirdo Ghost Gang 小幽灵提供的链上质押系统。本协议将详细说明您在本平台质押资产时的使用方式、您的权利与义务以及可能面临的风险，以确保您全面了解参与本平台的质押活动的各项规定。

## 定义与解释

1. 质押系统：用户可在官网灵力值页面通过质押以太坊主网资产，在 Layer2 获得对应的 stWGG兑换凭证。用户可通过解押桥随时解除质押，并取回其主网WGG资产。

### 质押操作及解押

1. 质押操作：用户应通过我们的官网灵力值页面，进行以太坊主网资产的质押操作。完成质押后，用户将在Layer 2获得等值的stWGG兑换凭证。
2. 解押操作：用户有权随时通过解押桥解除质押，取回其在以太坊主网的原始资产。

### 资产使用与激励

1. 资产赋能激励：质押资产将支持平台的运行和发展，并可能获得如生态激励和白名单抽奖等赋能激励。然而，质押资产并不具有利息收入的保证。
2. 风险与合规：用户在质押资产时，应理解相关市场波动和操作风险。资产质押过程中可能面临的风险包括但不限于资产价值波动、技术问题或其他不可预见因素。
3. 交互限制：stWGG仅可与解押桥及第三方合作方合约进行交互。用户在与第三方合作方合约交互时，应遵守相关规定和操作指南。

## 权利与义务

1. 用户权利：用户有权使用其在L2获得的stWGG兑换凭证与生态产品、经过认证的第三方合作产品进行交互。用户有权随时解除质押，取回其质押的资产。
2. 用户义务：用户负责确保了解本协议的条款及其潜在风险，并应对其账户安全负责，防止未经授权的访问和操作。

## 免责声明

1. 市场风险：由于加密资产市场的高波动性，质押资产的价值可能会大幅上下波动，本平台不承担市场变动导致的任何财务损失责任。
2. 技术风险：本平台将采取一切合理措施确保系统的安全稳定，但不可避免的技术故障或网络问题可能会影响质押服务的正常运作。
3. 第三方交互风险：与第三方合作方合约进行交互时产生的风险，包括但不限于合约执行风险、合作方的信誉风险等，由用户自行承担。本平台不对第三方合作方合约的行为或结果承担任何责任。

2022年，在 Weirdo Ghost Gang 小幽靈第一季 NFT 上線後不久，我們發佈了第一版 Spiritual Power 靈力值系統，純粹根據鏈上數據計算，隨著每一隻小幽靈在錢包內的停留時間動態變化，我們稱其為“Proof of Experience”，並在之後以靈力值作為門檻與合作方推出虛擬空間領取等聯動活動。 隨著 ManesLAB 生態的延伸，第一版靈力值系統的計算規則不直觀、可組合弱的不足之處逐漸凸顯。 為了配合 Weirdo Ghost Gang 小幽靈即將到來的版圖拓展，我們在這裡向您呈現：Spiritual Power V2，WGG質押系統，以及官網MID整合。 新版靈力值將以更為直觀的積分形式，歸集展示MID身份下所有已連接錢包中持有的WGG資產，並加強了與 ManesLAB 生態內部其餘產品的聯動。持有人質押以太坊主網資產後，將在L2獲得stWGG兌換憑證，可隨時解除質押取回主網資產。借貸協議、抽獎權重計算等後續將會以stWGG計算。

為了消除小數帶來的數值計算觀感及精確度影響，在新版靈力值中，靈力值點數將整體放大100倍顯示。新版靈力值系統上線的第一個月，用戶可在質押至少一隻 Weirdo Ghost Gang 小幽靈的情況下，獲得最高150倍的靈力值放大系數加成，並在30天後線性衰減至100倍。

* ### 質押靈力值

初版靈力值在快照後即停止計算，靈力值後續增長由已質押的stWGG數量決定，未質押的WGG Token作為流動性資產不再併入計算。&#x20;

**計算規則：**

1. 單個stWGG每日產出靈力值為100點
2. 忠誠度LC
3. 若當日質押數量>=前一日，則 LC = 前一日 LC +0.02，上限為 2
4. 若當日質押數量<前一日，則 LC 回歸為 1
5. 當日增長靈力值 = （100靈力值）\* LC \* 質押個數
6. 總質押靈力值 = ∑當日增長靈力值

\
3\. 第三日，增加質押到 3 個，此時 LC 仍然保持 0.02 單日增長，第三日靈力值增長為=100\*（1+0.06）\*3=318。\

4\. 第四日，Sleepy取消1 個質押，由於質押數量減小， 則 LC 回歸為1，當日增長為100\*（1+0）\*2=200

1. 質押系統：用戶可在官網靈力值頁面通過質押以太坊主網資產，在 Layer2 獲得對應的 stWGG兌換憑證。用戶可通過解押橋隨時解除質押，並取回其主網WGG資產。

### 質押操作及解押

1. 質押操作：用戶應通過官網靈力值頁面，進行以太坊主網資產的質押操作。完成質押後，用戶將在Layer 2獲得等值的stWGG兌換憑證。
2. 解押操作：用戶有權隨時通過解押橋解除質押，取回其在以太坊主網的原始資產。

### 資產使用與激勵
